What you ask most often.
Will people be able to tell?
With the right size and the lace cut to your hairline, no. Full lace and 360 give the most natural result, even in an updo.
Which cap size should I choose?
Measure your head circumference (see the Guide). M (54–56 cm) fits most women. If you are in between, go larger — every cap has an adjustable band.
How long does a human-hair wig last?
With daily wear and proper care, 1 to 3 years. With occasional wear, longer.
Can I colour it or use heat?
Yes. It is real hair: flat iron, scissors and curls with heat protection. For colour we recommend a professional, and only going darker.
Do I need glue?
Not necessarily. Most are worn with the band and combs. Glueless wigs (e.g. Chloi) are made for exactly that.
Can I come and try one on?
Yes, book an appointment on the Contact page. A fitting takes about 45 minutes.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, up to 12 interest-free installments by credit card for orders over €100, or 3 interest-free monthly payments.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. A plain box with no logo, and only the company name appears on your card statement.
